During his career, Ken Clarke has taught interviewing techniques, executive presentation skills,
team writing, analytical tools and techniques,
Myers-Briggs™ Workshops, and almost every aspect of performance auditing. He has also planned and facilitated nationwide conferences.
While serving as Director of the Inspectors General Auditor Training Institute, he
provided government-wide training in program evaluations, auditing, team building, and other topics.
He also designed training.
Dianne Fecteau has developed and presented workshops nationally. Her three-day course titled, "How to Select and Implement Financial Application Software" was attended by Dupont, AT&T, Briggs-Stratton, the State of New York, and other large organizations.
She has designed and presented workshops and training for clients in such topics as project management, introducing new technology,
Oracle financial applications, data modeling, SQL, and UNIX.
Dianne has also taught graduate level courses in Project Management, Oracle, and other topics at a variety of institutions, including the University of Maryland, University of Phoenix, and Strayer University.
